Privacy Policy
Effective Date: April 3, 2026 | Last Updated: April 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Trade Digital LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a Delaware limited liability company, operates the Interprivo platform located at https://interprivo.net (the “Service”) and how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information. By using our Service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
- Account Information: Your name, email address, and password when you register an account.
- Billing Information: Subscription tier, billing cycle, and payment references. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
- Usage Data: Session logs (timestamps, duration, language pairs selected), API call counts, and translation minute metrics used for billing purposes.
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and cookies for platform functionality and security.
- Audio Data (Session-Scoped): Real-time voice audio is streamed through our processing pipeline for translation purposes. Optional call recordings or recording URLs may also be generated if recording-related features are enabled. See Section 2 for details.
2. Live Audio and Optional Recordings
By default, Interprivo processes live audio in transient memory rather than intentionally storing raw audio. Voice audio captured during a session is routed through our realtime interpretation pipeline, transcribed, and translated while the session is active.
If your organization enables recording-related features, or if a connected telephony or recording provider generates a call recording artifact, Interprivo may store a recording file reference or related recording metadata together with the session record until you delete it or your account data is removed. Phone-based workflows may also return call transcripts, summaries, durations, costs, and related end-of-call metadata. Transcripts, summaries, usage records, and operational telemetry may also be stored as part of normal service delivery.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provision, maintain, and improve our translation Service.
- To process payments and accurately bill for metered usage.
- To send transactional communications such as invoice receipts, password resets, and service alerts.
- To monitor platform health, detect fraud, and enforce our Acceptable Use Policy.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not intentionally use Customer Content to train Interprivo-owned models. To deliver the Service, we may send content to third-party transcription, translation, speech, hosting, telephony, billing, analytics, and support providers under the configurations and agreements applicable to your workspace. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Data Sharing & Subprocessors
To deliver our Service, we engage a mix of infrastructure, AI, communications, billing, analytics, and operational providers. Each provider receives only the data needed for the function it performs, and some providers are feature-conditional rather than always on.

The full public subprocessor disclosure, including the categories of data involved, is available in our Data Processing Agreement. If you need a signed copy or procurement review assistance, contact privacy@interprivo.net.
We also maintain a shared service inventory so legal, operations, and deployment review all reference the same live list.
5. Data Retention
We retain account information, transcripts, summaries, usage logs, and related workspace records for as long as the relevant workspace remains active or as required by applicable law. If recordings or telephony-generated recording artifacts are enabled, recording files, recording URLs, and associated metadata may also remain until deleted by the workspace or removed under provider retention cycles. If an individual user deletes an account, we attempt to remove directly user-linked data promptly, but organization-owned session records, transcripts, summaries, recordings, audit trails, and billing records may remain under that organization's control or for legal and compliance retention periods.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security controls to protect your data, including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and multi-tenant data isolation. Despite these measures, no system is completely impenetrable. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
7. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data (“Right to be Forgotten”).
- Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Objection: Object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at privacy@interprivo.net.
8. Cookies
We use cookies and similar storage technologies for authenticated sessions, security, and product analytics. When analytics is enabled, tools such as PostHog may use cookies or local storage to measure page views and product usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell behavioral advertising audiences. Disabling cookies or similar storage may prevent you from logging in or may limit parts of the Service.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
